Lt. Brian Miller began his career at the La Habra Police Department in 2006.
Throughout his career, Lt. Miller has served as a patrol officer, motor officer, field training officer, a detective for the Special Investigations Unit, and a North County SWAT Training Cadre, Operator, and Sniper.
Lt. Miller holds a Master of Science in Criminology and Law from UC Irvine.
Corporal Paul McPhillips
Cpl. Paul McPhillips began his career at the La Habra Police Department in 1994 as a Lateral Police Officer.
Throughout his career, Cpl. McPhillips has served as a School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer, and General Investigations Detective Corporal.
