  1. Love La Habra Block Party

    April 29, 2017, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Washington Middle School

    Love La Habra is a day of service when the City of La Habra collaborates with businesses, non-profits, schools and the faith-based community to continue its effort in making this a Caring Community. This event will take place at Washington Middle School and in the immediate surrounding neighborhood. Check-in rally will be at 8:00 a.m., with work starting at 9:00 a.m. All ages are invited to participate, with youth assigned to projects at Washington Middle School from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Beginning at 10:00 a.m., older youth are invited to participate in free onsite classes in dance, sports and art.     Special admission price of $5 per person The Museum’s Family Autism morning affords children on the autism spectrum the opportunity to enjoy the museum at their own pace, in a comfortable and safe environment. Both parents and children will enjoy this reduced stress visit with less museum traffic that allows for unencumbered, self-guided play. This exclusive day for children on the Autism Spectrum and their families will have special activities throughout the museum for visitors to socialize and play.
