The Traffic and Transportation Division is responsible for maintaining proper traffic flow throughout the City. Some of the many responsibilities include include performing engineering studies and traffic flow studies.

The Citywide Traffic Counts Map indicates the average daily traffic volumes of machine traffic counts conducted over a 72 hour period during May/June 2012. The traffic counts represent the traffic in both directions on that roadway segment. A copy of the Street Map and the 2012 Traffic Counts are included below.Street Map Traffic Counts

Neighborhood Traffic Management Program
The City of La Habra is proud to provide a Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) to help residents address traffic issues in their neighborhoods. The development of the program was the result of several months of work from an Ad Hoc Committee and traffic engineering consultant.
